1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account has its benefits:
- Faster checkout process
- Easy access to your order status and history
- Exclusive updates on new collections and special promotions
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
Your security is our top priority. All information entered during checkout is SSL-encrypted and securely transmitted to our payment provider for authorization and approval. Rest assured, we do not store your credit card details on our servers.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions on ELEGVIBE are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card uses a different currency, the total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the transaction date.
5. How do I set my shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is entered in English, including any punctuation. If your address includes non-English characters, substitute them with their closest English equivalents (e.g., replace "ç" with "c").
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot revise the shipping address once your order has been processed or shipped. To avoid issues, we recommend using your residential address rather than a work address, as we cannot predict potential customs delays.
7. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
Shipping times depend on the option you select at checkout. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link to track your package. Please note that customs delays in your country are beyond our control.
8. What should I do if items are missing from my order?
