Return Policy

At ELEGVIBE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, contact us at Contact@elegvibe.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

Shipping Costs

Please note:

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return or exchange, our team will inspect the item. Based on your preference, we will issue a refund or process an exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund or exchange to be completed.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
